  • Comment: Misunderstood 3 year warranty from Amazon/Square Trade. Thought I was getting an EXTENDED WARRANTY on a GPS that already has a 1 year manufacturers warranty. That would have made it a 4 year warranty, if I had been right. I was not right and it is NOT a 4 year but a 3 year warranty that starts the day I bought the GPS (today). Not happy but will keep it anyway. Wish it had been stated clearly someplace in bold print that it was not an extended warranty. Maybe I missed it???

  • Comment: I only put in three stars, because I haven't used the service contract for my new PC. I hope I never shall. I can say, it arrived electronically immediately (long before the computer). They followed up with a paper mailing. I have all the necessary material...just in case. If they are anywhere near as efficient if I need service, I'll be satisfied.

  • Comment: I called Square Trade to file a claim on a Rock Band drum set for our Play Station 3 system that were purchased six months ago. Square Trade's representative William assisted me. William informed me that since they did not have a name of anyone that could repair my drum set they were going to reimburse me the full price I paid for them. The claim was handled in one day and the money was in my paypal account the same day I called. It was amazing how quickly and easily the claim was handled. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I cover all my qualifying purchases with Square Trade Warranties! Regardless of whether it is an Internet, Ebay or Retail purchase, the smart money is with Square Trade. I absolutely recommend it.

  • Comment: Square Trade Is the very best warranty company that your money can buy, I always kick warranties aside I am glad I did not this time. it paid off, I have a very high cost GPS died after 1-1/2 years later, I reported the problem too square Trades they paid for the postage too ship too there techs, which they could not repair the defective unit, Within 5 days paid me in full the purchased price that I insured the item for. Very Very Happy, They will recieve all my future warranty purchases. THANKS SQUARE TRADES
