  • Comment: The replacement adapter for my Asus Eee PC is exactly what was needed. This product replaces the OME that came with my netbook, it overheated and died within three days. This replacement works great, in fact doesn't exhibit any heat build-up.

  • Comment: I bought ASUS Eee netbook for my son three months ago and he took it with him to Afghanistan for his deployment. The power adapter quit working in less than three months there. I called Amazon.com and they refused to replace it, even within one year of warranty. I agree what Chtetz Matfej said, ASUS wants to make profit out of these accessories.

  • Comment: This is where ASUS is making the money off their inexpensive netbooks. The computer works fine, but these cheap "wall-warts" burn up in six months. It burned out while plugged into a surge strip; everything else plugged in to it works fine.
