  • Comment: I only got this adapter because it was free as part of a promotion through Amazon for the TV I recently bought. The adapter works fine, setup is easy, etc., but it's pretty much a rip-off (why didn't they build their devices to support any generic USB wireless adapter, or for that matter, why didn't they just put the $5 worth of parts in the device in the first place so you don't need an external adapter?).

    In any case, for much less money, just find an old Linksys WRT54G or similar off ebay or craigslist and put Tomato or DD-WRT firmware on it, and you can use it as a wireless access point instead. Not only will this cost less money, but then you have a fully featured wireless device that you can use for other things, too.

  • Comment: My Samsung blu-ray DVD was set up to stream via Netflix once the USB adaptor was installed. Works great! Had a few problems installing but it all worked out in the end. I'm happy.

  • Comment: At the beginning I was having problems with setting it up. Not sure if it was my router settings or the adapter.

    After updating the router firmware and resetting the adapter a few times its now working fine. Hope it does not act up in the future.

    Product works great for now. Watching Netflix is a breeze.

  • Comment: Nothing but mere regrets to have bought it. There cant be a DeadSlower connection than what this linkstick can give. I checked on another adapter and it was ok. I did this to verify if there is a prob with my router. It stopped working now. Absolute trash of an adapter.
