  • Comment: The battery fit but it wouldn't recharge. The company said it must be defective and sent me another. Same deal. The company said the entire batch must be defective. Two months later, after a dozen emails and two trips to the post office (you can't priority mail something this heavy without going to the post office), they refunded my money (after I disputed the transaction). Online research indicates that replacement batteries never work with Dell computers.
