  • Comment: I have a dv6000 and after my fourth charger stopped fitting the charge port, I ordered this to find that it arrived very early (earlier than my battery that I paid extra for 2 day shipping), but it fits into the charge port securely. This makes my life as an hp user easier, and for a great price. I was skeptical about purchasing after I found $20 chargers, but nothing is wrong with this one and it fits better than the $15 one I got last time. If your charger ever switches from battery/charger even if you barely touched your laptop, this would be a great purchase.

  • Comment: It does work, but the cord is quite short, so you need to be close to a wall outlet and if you want a little more space this might not be for you. Other than that, it seems to be a good product for the price, mine's been working for over a month now with no problems.

  • Comment: I've been using mine for just under a week on an HP dv6000, and so far it's worked great. The connection fits more snugly into my laptop than the factory adapter did, and as for the cord's shortness that other reviewers complained about, I simply switched the AC portion of the cord with the factory one, and now it's probably as long as before.

    My question is, why so cheap? I think the adapter itself cost me something like $1.97, and the order total was $8.89! Needless to say, I would definitely recommend this product.
