      I got this product to be used with my ASUS Seashell 1005HA-PU as it is stated to be compatible. Whell... the thing is compatible but after few minutes, got hot, melted and burned. Not the ideal product to be used overnight charging your netbook on your boat, or during a long trip in car, unless you want to burn them...

      And I am overseas so I cannot even ask for refund now...

      I do not recommend to waste your money this way.

    • Comment: I just received the charger a few days ago. Plugged in and works great. No problems at all. I like the price as well. It has a nice indicator light on it too which is helpful to make sure you have it fully inserted in the jack in the car. I found the end of the charger a bit big which may cause a proplem if trying to use it in a tight spot. Didn't want to fit in the cigarette lighter in the pop out try in the console of my Lincoln Navigator but did work in other jacks throughout the truck. Other chargers for cell phones have always worked in all jacks, but thankfully the truck has another jack close by on the passager side.
