- Comment: Looks nice. Has amazon logo on both ends. Useful for extending reach of a single USB item, like a keyboard, mouse, or (perhaps most beneficially) a USB wireless signal router/node. Would - and will - purchase again in the future, even despite problem I shall now mention.

*My main computer has two monitors, two keyboards, and two mouses; one set at my main desk, and one set on a bedside table. My plan was to use this item to extend my G11 keyboard (the one on the bedside table) cable so I had more room (The g11 has two USB ports on it, one in which I plug the mouse/controller, the other the headphones); while this does indeed grant more room, the cable itself does not seem to be able to handle the combined bus of all three items which interface with it by proxy of my g11 keyboard's own USB ports, and thus neither the headset (microsoft lx-3000) nor the mouse (generic 3 key usb logitech mouse) work when plugged into my g11 when I plug the g11 into the item featured on this page (AmazonBasics USB 2.0 A-Male to A-Female Extension Cable (9.8 Feet / 3.0 Meters). This cable is the weak link in the situation, for this exact configuration, minus this cable, has worked for me for the past 3 years, and as soon as I remove this cable my g11 and mouse and headset all work fine through a single USB outlet. Return the cable to the mix and the headset and mouse both go out.
In short, this device CANNOT HANDLE MORE THAN 1 USB ITEM PLUGGED INTO IT. I will return to append this assertion once my 7-port USB hub tower comes in; for my second plan was to use this cable to extend the reach of the USB hub. - Customer Rating:

- Comment: If you think a cable made by Amazon is good quality then you are absolutely right! Also as stated in other reviews they really are not that expensive when you consider the free shipping. These cables have better quality fittings than most of the generic ones on here.(I know because I have the generic ones too)
