  • Summary: HP Photosmart Premium Printer
  • Comment: This item was received on time and packaged very well. I had been using an HP printer that finally gave up after 12 years of service. I had received a Cannon printer with my computer when I purchased it, but the quality on the printer was not what I have become accustumed to with an HP printer, so when the ink ran out, it went in the trash! I love this new printer and it does everything stated! I absolutely love the duplexing that is available, and it works great. This is my first all-in-one and it is really space-saving and convient.

Cons: It does take a little time to start printing, but this is not an issue for me at home.

I could not be happier with my purchase, and will definately stick wth HP!

  • Summary: Ink guzzler & noisy!!!
  • Comment: I did tons of research before buying this printer and even with that, I'm sorry I have it now. This printer uses MORE toner than any other printer I have ever owned. I print photos but not an excessive amount, it just seems to inhale the toner.

Additionally, when I turn the printer on, it makes all kinds of noises you would think it's broken from the sounds coming from it. It also takes FOREVER to turn off, again, making all kinds of noises.

For a printer that is newer & with more advanced technology than my previous HP printer, I certainly prefer my old printer over this one. What a disappointment.

  • Summary: great potential but...
  • Comment: The features on this printer are great, but I've had nothing but trouble since I got it. The speed at which the ink runs out is ridiculous. I'm tired of buying more ink cartridges. It says a basic black cartridge (or color) will produce 300 copies. No way. Every time I've tried to print more than one copy, it's only printed one copy. It's extremly annoying to have to continue to print one copy at a time. The back and forth print head alignment before every copy is annoying, too. My last HP printer lasted 12 years. I've had this three months and it's being returned.

  • Summary: Best printer I have owned
  • Comment: I don't often review items, but having such bad luck with printers these past years I felt the need to rave about HP C309. Unlike the Brother I bought 6 months ago, and ended up tossing in the trash due its many break downs, and it's cheap!! construction, The C309 is built like a tank. Quality construction I've only on business printers. The touch screen uses large lettering where those of use with aging eyes can easily see all that going on. It is well worth money.
