- Summary: Works well
- Comment: This cord worked without a hitch. It gives a nice, clear picture; better than the VGA cord does. The length of it can also be nice if your computer isn't too close to your monitor.
One thing about it is that it may be a little difficult to turn the thumbscrews, but I seem to have that trouble with other cords as well. Be sure to tighten them on your monitor, as they cord can fall out over time otherwise.

- Summary: Great DVI Cable for any LCD Monitor!
- Comment: Cables To Go 26911 DVI-D Male/Male Dual Link Digital Video Cable, Black (2 Meter/6.56 Feet)
I've been using these cables on my Dual Viewsonic Monitors for quite a while now and these cables work flawlessly. Image quality on monitors is excellent and I've also compared the quality of these cables to another so called "High Quality" DVI cable my brother has, and there was literally no difference whatsoever! Even Gaming and Editing Video (which I do a LOT).
If you want a high quality, well built/strong DVI cable at a great price that makes it worth every single penny you spend on it, then this is the cable for you!
Highly Recommended! A+++

- Summary: Don't Spend More
- Comment: STOP. Do not buy cables at an electronic's superstore. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
I needed a DVI cable and went to an electronic's superstore and found that they wanted $45 for a DVI cable. A search on Amazon for a USB cable yields a $10-$15 price. Just plain horrible and wrong that someone would charge 4x as much as is reasonable for a cable.
I came online and found Cables to Go with a $10 price for a DVI cable. Construction quality is fantastic and better than the $45 cable I returned to the superstore .... better yet, this 1/4 the price of the electronic's superstore "brand name" cable.
Frankly, I will ONLY buy cables from cables to go. I'm on a mission to get the word out that we as consumers are being ripped off in the area of computer cords that cost just waaaaaaay too much and where I'm not getting much more.
Some people will say that the signal is better on some 'name brand' cables, or that the insulation is better, or that "whatever" is better. In my experience in using thousands of different computer cables in my life, I have yet to really experience the difference. Yes DVI is better than VGA and USB and Firewire is better than Serial but the difference is based on the standard, not the cable architecture. When it comes to construction, this cable from cables to go is everybit as good as what comes in OEM packaging.
Fantastic!

- Summary: Great Quality Cable
- Comment: This cable is heavy duty, well constructed, and durable. The white plugs make it quick and easy to spot from all the other cables on the back of a computer. The $13.99 price is great for the quality of the product. My experience with the super cheap cables is that they often don't work from the start or die unexpectedly fast. I'd rather pay a decent price for a solid cable and know it's going to work more than a month or two.
