  • Comment: The product I received in my order was defective, it turns out. I installed it and had many, many issues with the way the computer was behaving. I wrote Amazon an email and requested a replacement - not a refund, a on-to-one same-product swap. THAT DAY the replacement order was placed AND SHIPPED. It came the following morning and the delivery guy took the old product back on the spot(Amazon provided an RMA & instructions).

    NOW THIS is how you get customer loyalty. No way could Amazon have known the memory was bad without testing every stick - but they didn't waste a minute getting another set out to me. The second set was and is fine, no issues whatsoever.

    Bravo, Amazon! I'm sold.
